1940’s Grand English Stucco

This is a stately home with pebble dash stucco, slate roofs, historic detailing and old world charm. The addition had the challenge of matching new stucco detailing to the original deep window casings and cooper roofs and gutters in order to create a seamless relationship between old and new.

New Old House in Newton

This new home has an unassuming and modest presence on a small street as seen in the front elevation. The back elevation however opens onto the storied Brae Burn Country and has a more contemporary glass façade that takes advantage of an expansive and private view of the 3rd fairway.

New Shingle Style Gambrel

This project is situated in an old neighborhood off of Heart Break Hill in Newton. The project has a great builder with a wonderful stonemason who is crafting patios, walkways and retaining walls in order to nestle the copper domed gambrel into a sloping site.
