Renovation
We have worked on many center entrance colonials in Newton that required extensive expansion: a new family room/ kitchen mudroom with additional bedrooms and a new 2-car garage with master bedroom suite above. We were able to save the slate from the original garage and reuse it in order to match the existing slate roof exactly. The addition of copper roofing gives this colonial an added refinement and joins the stone and wood facades.
