Restoration
This historic restoration required the rebuilding of the front porch and turret along with an addition that double the size of the home. The addition added a new two-car garage below and a kitchen/family room mudroom and 3rd floor master suite to the back of the house. Grading issues that required extensive site planning and soils engineering around the perimeter of the property complicated the renovation.
