This brick Georgian home was doubled in size by adding a large 3 story addition that houses a new basement playroom, first floor mudroom, kitchen and family room deck with master bedroom suite above. The interior of the existing house and new addition was seamlessly joined by a dining room, home office and butler’s pantry as well as joined by special attention to the exterior rafter and soffit detailing. The old and new are transformed by my clients interest in replicating historical details.
