Designing new homes, restoring and renovating classic homes
This is a new cottage designed to match the Architecture of the original Estate buildings. This was a gardener’s cottage and required extensive review and approval by the Newton Chestnut Hill Historic Commission. The wood shingle roof and pudding stone details serve to integrate the design.
