The challenge of this renovation restoration was to work with the historic commission and blend the new program that proposed multiple additions of a 2 story kitchen master bedroom suite, mudroom and family room/new patio to the back of the house and retained the same historic character of the front restoration. The patio and landscape design unites the elements that we added to the back elevation.
